Data Collected
- Contact/support forms: name, email, message, company (optional).
- Logs/telemetry: IP, user-agent, timestamp, page views, referer; error logs.
- Cookies/analytics: see Cookie Policy.
- Vulnerability reports: email + provided materials.
Note: The EnforceCore library itself runs entirely in your infrastructure. It does not send any runtime data, policies, agent outputs, or audit logs to us.
Purposes & Legal Bases (GDPR)
- Provide the site and respond to requests (Art 6(1)(b) contract / 6(1)(f) legitimate interest).
- Security, fraud prevention, rate limiting (6(1)(f)).
- Site reliability and improvement using aggregated server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest).
- Legal obligations and archiving (6(1)(c)).
Retention Periods
- Contact/support: 24 months after closure.
- Logs: 6 months (security); anonymized aggregates kept longer.
- No consent-based cookies: We do not operate analytics or advertising cookies on enforcecore.dev. If we introduce optional features requiring consent, we will update this policy.
Sharing / Processors
Hosting (GitHub Pages), CDN, email. GDPR-compliant contracts (SCC if transfer outside EU/EEA). Data minimized.
Transfers outside EU/EEA
Covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or equivalent guarantees.
Your Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Requests: privacy@akioud.ai. Complaint possible with CNIL.
Security
TLS, access control, least privilege, logging. No guarantee of absolute security.
Minors
Site not intended for under 15s; do not submit their data.
